About Us

Forged by Fyre started as a passion project — born out of a fascination with moissanite stones, a creative spirit, and the knowing that we have something of value to offer. Here at Forged by Fyre, we offer a wide selection of gemstone and moissanite jewelry pieces which can be customized for every taste, occasion and preference.

We are a business based in and operating out of Singapore. From our offices, we make sure that all of our jewelry products undergo a strict quality control and quality assurance process. Each product and order is individually inspected before it is shipped out.

At Forged by Fyre, we place value on quality and customer service, while providing our customers with competitive prices as we operate completely online. We’ve ensured the reliability of our stone suppliers without compromising the quality of each design. This allows us  to provide convenient shopping experiences and affordable jewelry pieces that fit each client’s preferences.

The Eternal Fyre Moissanite Gem is our brand’s testament to quality — each gem is tested for a brillance of 2.65 and fire of 104. Each moissanite stone is also engraved with a corresponding code and comes with a GRA certificate. These serial-branded moissanite gems are featured in all our moissanite jewelry pieces.

Order & Payment

If you are shopping outside of Singapore, the price of every jewelry piece is based on the US dollar, but the settlement company (credit card, PayPal) will charge you for the purchase amount converted to your currency. Please note that the exchange rate and exchange fee rules differ depending on the settlement company. Alternatively, you can also choose your desired currency from our currency selector on the top left hand corner of the page.

We accept all major Visa and Mastercard creditcards, and Paypal Stripe.

If you are having problems paying with a credit card, please verify the details of your card, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card, and billing address. Please check that you have not exceeded the card’s credit limit or that the card is not currently under examination by your bank. If your payment is still declined, we recommend using a different card or payment method.

If you still encounter a message that the card is declined, please contact your bank or send us a message with as much information as possible (including the error messages), so we can assist you.

We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed successfully. The email will also give you the details on how you can check the status of your order.

If you prefer to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience. If not, you can select the guest checkout option which does not require you to create an account.

Shipping & Tracking

Each jewelry piece is made to order, and our shipping timeline is usually as follows:

  • Shipping within Singapore: 7 to 10 Business Days
  • Shipping to Malaysia: 8 to 12 Business Days
  • Shipping to all other countries: 10 to 16 Business Days

Please note that items with engraving will take an additional 5 days to be shipped out. You may also read our shipping policy here.

All orders within Singapore are delivered by Ninja Van. Orders outside of Singapore will be shipped using DHL, UPS, FedEx, SingPost, or Janio,

Shipping within Singapore is free with no minimum order amount. 

Shipping outside of Singapore is free with every order of over US$200. For orders below that value, the shipping fee will be a flat rate of $25.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes we do, but only if there are defects with the ring. Please note that returns will only be allowed if the security tag on the ring has not been removed.

To request for a return, you may submit a return form here.

From the time we have received the returned item, it will take about 7 working days for us to process your refund back to your bank account. We will notify you by email once we have refunded your money to your bank account.

We offer One Year Warranty on all rings, and the warranty covers the standard defects.

If there is a defect in your ring, send us a message to describe your findings. Kindly provide pictures as well, so we can examine the jewelry. Rest assured that we will repair the ring without cost in cases of manufacturing defects.

Some of the manufacturing defects covered under the warranty include:

  • On the metal: porosity, surface pores, blemishes, rhodium plating splashes of stain
  • On the settings: uneven settings
  • On the stones: chips, scratches or nicks

We will cover the shipping cost if it has been found that jewelry item has a manufacturing defect. If the defect is not a manufacturing defect (such as normal wear-and-tear) the customer will have to cover the cost of mailing the item to us.

We recommend sending the jewelery to us via registered mail. It’s best to keep a record of the tracking details to make sure the item is not lost in the post.

Please be aware that any repair, modification, or service performed on the item by a jeweler other than Forged by Fyre voids the warranty.
